Position: – Inbound Sales Specialist – IT – Work From Home after training.
Payout Offered : $50000-$60000* + Super + Commissions
Role: Full Time
Location: First 2-4 weeks shall be working from office – Leicester Avenue, Glen Waverley 3150, VIC. After that it shall be Hybrid Working Model – 3 Days Work From Home, 2 Days Work From Office.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries/calls, converting leads into customers, and achieving sales targets. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers and play a vital role in driving revenue growth for our organisation.
About the Role:
- You will receive calls from people looking for IT Support – INBOUND ONLY – NO COLD CALLING
- Convince the caller to opt for our Online or Onsite IT Support plan.
- After scheduling the appointment, co-ordinate with Online or Onsite IT Technicians for service delivery.
- Target Oriented Profile.
- Attractive Incentives on target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chat. Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide service information, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Sales Conversion: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential customers. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales. Employ active listening skills to identify customer requirements and tailor sales presentations accordingly.
- Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to effectively position our offerings and address customer inquiries.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their concerns or questions. Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
- Sales Administration: Accurately maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to the sales management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, online and onsite technicians, customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis. Continuously identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Strive to enhance personal sales skills and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in inbound sales/customer handling/call center or any other sales roles in Australiais mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using computers, CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- You have to be based in AUSTRALIA and should have full work rights. (Candidates applying from outside Australia shall not be considered)
